An understandable, comprehensive written proposal will be prepared, in which all services that will be provided will be clearly stated. Prior to beginning any work, services and expectations will be thoroughly discussed so that all parties agree on the scope and endpoints of the project.

All websites are unique and have different requirements. A new website may be 4 static pages or 50 pages with dynamic content. An existing website may need a little tweaking or a complete overhaul. Therefore, pricing will be different for each new or optimized site. All pricing will be clearly explained in the proposal.

If Trenchant Web does not fulfill the agreed-upon services then money will be refunded.

Website hosting charges start at $15 per month. In addition to uploading the site, websites will be monitored frequently. Hosting charges include the ability to have small changes made to the site.

Ongoing maintenance of a website can be provided either on a regular schedule or on an as-needed basis.

No spamming or similar practices are used in design or modification of websites. Any code for doorway pages, user redirects etc. that is found by Trenchant Web in an existing website will be removed. If a site has been banned by a search engine for any of these practices, Trenchant Web will assist in getting the site re-listed.

Copies of all files for your website on a CD will be mailed to you. On completion, you own and have full access to all materials (this is not always the case).
